Meet the Pembroke Pines Team Behind Servo Garage Doors Pembroke Pines
We’re a local Pembroke Pines crew, not a rotating cast. The technician who answers your call is the same person who shows up with the truck stocked and the price sheet ready. Most of us have worked garage doors in Broward County long enough to know which springs fail first in Miramar humidity and which opener logic boards give out after three summers in West Pines. We’re independently owned and operated under The Haven Standard, which means every one of us works to the same Clause 1 rule: a written price before any work starts. That’s not a slogan. It’s how we’re set up.
Our People
Marcus Deller, Owner
Marcus started Servo Garage Doors in 2015 after spending eight years as a field technician for two national door companies. He’s the one who wrote the original rule that became The Haven Standard’s Clause 1: a flat, written price and written scope before any work begins, no exceptions. Marcus still rides along on at least two jobs a week in Pembroke Pines and Cooper City, mostly to check that the paperwork is holding up under real-world conditions. He’s certified on LiftMaster and Chamberlain opener systems and can diagnose a failing torsion spring by sound before he’s out of the truck. Off the clock, he’s rebuilding a 1967 Camaro in his garage, which his wife says is ironic.
Andre V., Lead Technician
Andre has been with Servo since 2017 and handles the heaviest repair work: torsion spring replacements, bent track realignment, and full cable system rebuilds. He’s factory-trained on Genie, Raynor, and Wayne Dalton systems, and he’s the guy other technicians call when a door has been “repaired” by three other companies and still won’t balance. Andre lives in Pembroke Pines and can tell you which neighborhoods in Silver Lakes see the most spring failures due to garage heat exposure. He photographs every failed part before quoting a replacement, a habit he picked up years before The Haven Standard made it a requirement. On weekends he fishes the canals off Pines Boulevard and claims the bass are smarter than most door openers.
Dana R., Senior Installer
Dana leads new door installations and full opener replacements across Pembroke Pines, Weston, and Davie. She’s been installing residential and light commercial doors since 2014, and she’s the resident expert on Clopay and Amarr product lines, including wind-load-rated doors required in parts of Broward County’s hurricane zones. Dana measures twice and writes the scope once: her install quotes are famous in the office for fitting on one page and containing no surprises. Before joining Servo, she worked high-rise dock doors in Miami, which she says makes every Pembroke Pines garage feel spacious. She’s also the crew’s unofficial lunch scout and will tell you where the best Cuban sandwich is within three miles of any job site.
Louie T., Service Coordinator
Louie is the voice on the phone, day or night. He’s the one who answers 24/7, including holidays, and dispatches emergency calls with a named technician and an on-the-way text, not a callback window. Louie has been with Servo since 2019 and keeps a running mental map of every technician’s location and truck inventory, so when you call with a snapped spring at 11 p.m., he can tell you who’s closest and what they’re carrying. He also handles the Free Second Opinion process: bring in a written estimate from another company, and Louie gets it to Marcus for review. He’s from Hialeah originally, roots for the Heat, and never misses a chance to remind the crew that he’s the reason anyone gets paid.
One Standard, Every Job

The Haven Standard isn’t a poster in the break room. It’s a set of clauses we work to every single day, and the Pembroke Pines team treats them like torque specs. Clause 1 means every job gets a flat, written price and written scope before we touch a bolt. Clause 4 is why you get a documented photo record of what we found and what we did, including the failed part before anyone quotes a replacement. The 365-Day Done Right Promise means if it’s not right, we make it right, backed by a terms page, not a handshake. Every technician is background-checked, uniformed, and licensed. It’s the same standard at every job, on every street, in every garage from Pembroke Pines to the county line. That’s what you’re hiring when you call us.
